At first the Liberals cried, "Health care is a right!"
But under ObamaCare, health insurance will be a requirement. Whereas under ObamaCare, if you don't purchase or provide health insurance, you'll be either fined or imprisoned.
Now answer me this, Liberals. Since when do rights require the payment of a premium or fine or jail?
Rights come from God not government.
